Online social media is here to stay and it’s impacting every aspect of your marketing.

But, if you’re not doing it by design, you may not be doing it effectively. Not good!

In this course you will receive step-by-step guidance, personally and via a select study group of your peers . . . to help you create and refine a social media system that supports your business and marketing objectives.

This course is not theoryit’s action-based.

Over the course of five (5) weeks, you DO social media – reflecting the years of insight shared by one of the leading small business social media marketing practitioners — John Jantsch, Founder of Duct Tape Marketing.

When you complete this program, you’ll be integrating social media into your marketing and building the ‘know, like and trust’ factor that effective marketing is supposed to produce.

How The Program Works:

You work through five (5) different sessions over a 5 week period:

  • by yourself . . .
    watching on-demand videos, reading online posts, and DO-ing assigned actions

THEN . . . you will meet, each week, by TELE-CONFERENCE:

  • with a Study Group of your peers . . .
    to discuss that week’s lesson by sharing 1) the highlights you learned, 2) the questions you have not been able to address, 3) the practical applications of the lesson’s content in your business — LEARN to EARN by DO-ing! (radical, isn’t it?)

At the same time . . . you’ll be working with:

Session One – Creating a Social Media Strategy

Before choosing your social media tactics you need to align your social media activities with your business objectives. One of the best ways to do this is to use social media to LISTEN before you do anything else.

In this first session you will set up your social media listening station. (4 Videos)

Session Two – Optimizing Brand Assets

Social media sites (not just social networking sites!) offer you an excellent opportunity to drive traffic and visitors to your internet locations.

In this session you learn the best ways to optimize your profiles and brand assets — images, articles, profiles, etc. on the internet — to drive traffic to your website and revenues into your bank. (8 Videos)

Session Three – Blogging for Business

In this session you dive deeply into why your blog can be the central ‘engine’ that drives your social media strategy. (8 Videos)

Session Four – Social Networking and Networks

Creating profiles on the major social networking sites is a start. But, it isn’t enough. In this session you’ll learn the best practices for creating engagement on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and other similar sites. (6 Videos)

Session Five – Managing the Beast

The burden of keeping up with all the actions required to participate fully in social media can overwhelm you.

In this session you build a ‘control room’ for your social media activities so you can to keep it all together and generate a profitable ROI for all the time and energy (rarely money) involved. (4 Videos)
